Intro to Screen Printing 9.28.25

Join us for an afternoon of learning with the creator behind Pie Chart Press!

This beginner-friendly class will introduce you to an accessible, DIY method of screen printing- no dark room or expensive equipment required!

In this three-hour workshop, we’ll design and create our own screens using screen filler and materials that are easy to find at your local craft store. We’ll then practice printing with our screens on scrap material, fabric patches, and finally, on a tote bag! We’ll cure your print with a heat press and discuss different ways to cure ink if you should decide to screen print at home.

If you would like to bring your own blank t-shirts, onesies, or clothes that you want to upcycle in addition to the items provided at the workshop, you are welcome to do so! Our water-based ink works best on cotton or cotton/polyester mixed items with limited stretch.

No prior experience needed! Open to kids ages 10 and up & accompanied by an adult.
