Always a creative type, she helped start this business back in 2018 after realizing that candles on the market were made of things that made her sick, so she strived to make something that didn’t make you feel bad about burning and still smell good. When she's not at the shop, she can be found walking her dog, singing karaoke, and spending time with her loved ones on the reg.

Camille - Admin

An indigenous folk artist and activist art teacher for children and teens. Camille has deep roots in the creative world of makers and performers here in Austin. Here at 7th Street Candle Co, Camille uses her organizing and event management skills to curate pop-up markets that connect small businesses, independent artists and the all ages of the community.
Logan - Candle Maker + Instructor

Logan has been a workshop instructor with us here at 7th Street Candle Co. for one year and loves teaching! She moved to Austin from Nashville 2 years ago and immediately fell in love with the art scene and how welcoming the creative community is. Having past teaching experience in swim lessons and high school special education, combining her passion for art and teaching just made sense.

Mendy is originally from Santo Domingo, but has loved exploring Austin. He photographs/films by trade and enjoys learning to make different things. Candles are definitely now one of them!

Hola, my name is Jasmine, local multimedia artist, and candle maker at 7th St Candle Co. I love creating art with my hands in any way I can. There is a tranquillity that comes with hand pouring candles and the aroma of the natural oils coming together. Topping the candles with local herbs or flowers and sprinkling good intentions as they cure is my favorite part of the process.

I love to work at 7th Street Candle Co. because of the beautiful community cultivated here through the collective effort of many wonderful, sparkly, people! Everyone deserves a daily smile, so here are some silly words to brighten your day: goose, mumplewip, and teetertot!

Brie has been working at the shop since May 2024. She is a graduate counseling student pursuing LPC licensure and enjoys spending time connecting with nature. Her favorite things to talk about are gardening and Pokémon. Her favorite scents at the shop are the Dusk room+linen spray and the Ruby-throated hummingbird, Greenhouse, and Pumpkin Patch candles.
