When will I receive my order?

We process orders within 2-5 days. That means they are packaged and dropped off with USPS. From there, it takes another 2-4 days to deliver anywhere in the United states. All in, you'll have your order within 9 business days!

Do you offer local delivery?

No, but you can always select local pick up at check out!

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! In check-out, you can select the option for local pick up at our brick + mortar address.

I would like to return an item. How do I do that?

It's tough to manage returns as a small handmade business. We can organize an exchange if your products arrive damaged or you're not fully satisfied with them. Shoot an email to zaid@7thstreetcandle.co, and we'll work it out for you.

What are the ingredients in your candles?

Our signature candles are made with a special blend of soy and coconut wax. The wax is sustainably-farmed and clean-burning. We use essential oils, naturally derived fragrance oils, and garden ingredients to scent the candles. We forage and dry a lot of the aromatics here at the shop.
